Navigating the maze of emotions can be daunting, whether you’re a child, adolescent, or adult. As a Board-Certified Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist and Psychoanalyst, I understand the complexities of these struggles all too well. I know it can be difficult to find yourself struggling with your emotions which in turn create disharmony, anxiety, inhibition or unhappiness. These difficulties can feel overwhelming and can affect every aspect of our existence, from our relationships to our daily routines. It’s not just about feeling unhappy, anxious or inhibited; it’s about unraveling the threads of our experiences that shape our emotional landscape. Understanding why we react the way we do is the first step toward achieving a profound, lasting change.

My approach is focused on your journey and understanding the process that has led to the current challenges in your life and then focus into helping you understand how these difficulties came about, so that we can co-create a deeper freedom which allows for a different experience and a true transformation in the feeling. Which in turn result in substantive lasting changes and unearth profound healing.
